Lift your arms from side when you Inhale and bring your arms to the front of your chest and keep them in prayer situation

Stand on your feet with relaxed shoulders.

Padahastasana Standing Forward Bend

Stand on your flat feet and the big toes of your feet in contact with each other. Inhaling deeply and put your hand upwards. Inhale, then exhale, and bend forward completely, with your body falling away from the hips.

Lie down on your back. Bend your body upwards with hand and feet on the floor. make an arch. Hold this pose for up to 30 seconds and relax.

Dhanurasana  Bow pose

Lie with your chest facing down and toes touching the floor. Keep the hands on either side of the body, palms facing the floor. Inhaling slowly lift your chest and head off the floor

Bhujangasan Cobra pose

Sit in Vajrasana. Slowly, lift your body from your knees such that you are now sitting with your whole body weight supported by your knees.

Ustrasana  Camel Pose

Stand with your feet, slight gap between heels, and the big toes in contact with each other. Keep the body straight with hands on both sides and palms facing your body.

Tadasana Mountain Pose

Lie down on your back with toes facing the ceiling, and palms resting on the ground. Inhale deeply. When you exhale, lift your body (the head, chest, and legs) from the ground.

Naukasana  Boat Pose

Kumbhakasana

Lie down on face and up your body with straight arms and toes. Hold for 30 second and relax then repeat a few more times. Try to increase your holding time.
